This society caters to students from the following countries: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Laos, Cambodia, Brunei, Myanmar, Vietnam. 

We're looking for ASEAN students who are interested in networking with people within Southeast Asia, to exchange ideas and collaborate on arts events both in their home countries and abroad.

We all know it’s a little intimidating being away from home (but it’s also a whole lot more exciting since we’re on our own here in London), so we’ve started up a little networking system for us ASEAN arts kids to get to know our fellow comrades in our UAL (University of the Arts London) colleges. So we can still have that home away from home.

Although the future might seem distant, making friends with people in similar fields before getting out in the industry would probably be both comforting and extremely useful. Besides forging new friendships, we’re building opportunities for all of us to engage in creative exchange, and to pump up our portfolios before we are thrown into working life. And since everyone is probably heading in a different direction in various arts fields, we’d probably all have different ideas that we can share and build upon.
