Counselling There are many reasons why it can be useful to talk to a counsellor. You may be finding it difficult to settle into college or your new life in London, or you may be confused or have an important decision to make. Relationships with friends or family may be problematic, or you might be feeling unhappy or worried. Something may have happened which has left you very upset. It is also common for people not to know what the matter is, and talking it through can help work out what is going on. You may only need one session, or you and your counsellor may decide that a series of appointments would be helpful. If an external specialist agency would be of more help to you, you will be given details of how to contact them. You can make an appointment to see a counsellor by contacting Student Services' central offices at 65 Davies St, or through the Student Services office at your College. The service is confidential and free to all University of the Arts London students. Please contact us or visit our website if you would like more information about counselling.
