By 1st March all the services housed at Davies Street will have relocated to 272 High Holborn. The Students’ Union will have an increased Office space with more resource space for student volunteers. The Activities Studio is gaining 1sqm in size, and it’s location on the ground floor will hopefully increase awareness of what goes on in there. The brand new Arts Radio Society will have a brand new dedicated room to house their equipment on the lower ground floor. The café/bar area will be on the ground floor, and even more the ‘heart’ of the building, and although the seating space will be reduced from current facilities, we’re hoping being located next to two teaching spaces will mean more flexibility for events. LCF and Lanuage Centre Teaching rooms will be on Ground, 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th Floors. The Learning Zone and Creative Careers will live on the Lower Ground. Student Services & Housing Services will share the 1st floor with us. |
