► RAD - Raising and Doing

RAD (Raising And Doing) is an exciting new volunteering initiative from the Students’ Union.

You may have heard of RAG at other Students' Unions, and as RAG we will encourage you to raise money however you can – through sponsored activities, fundraising events, etc.

However, at the end of the year, rather than simply giving the money to charity, we want to help you to DO something worthwhile with it. This could be a volunteering project either in the UK or abroad, depending on your ambitions. It’s up to you – you can be as creative as you like! We’ll help you find something which suits your interests and skills.

We’ve created a RAD group on our membership system – you can join up for free here www.suarts.org/membership and selecting 'RAD' under SU memberships.
